Centroid Consulting Group (CCG) is a consultancy whose mission is to help organizations achieve a higher level of operational performance →  we facilitate and enable improvement of our clients’ current condition.

What’s behind the Centroid?

We have chosen the centroid as a symbol of our mission. The centroid is a major design element in engineering mechanics.  Correctly locating the centroid of a structure is critical in order to assure stability.  Similarly in business, identifying “the centroid”, or center of mass of operations, is critical in assessing the underlying processes that may be affecting stability of product fulfillment (i.e., the flow of value)  See MORE BEHIND THE CENTROID
